Each StrongFigure Bootcamp class is structured to build strength and enhancing the body’s metabolic conditioning response in the following format: 8-10 Minute Warm Up with Mobility Work 30-35 Minutes of Metabolic Conditioning (HIIT) Work 5+ Minute Cool Down with Mobility Work Every workout is different and each day targets different muscle groups. And because each workout is customizable to every member, you always have the choice to make each workout only as hard as you want or need it to be.
