Our mat-only Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements designed to promote core strength, better movement and posture, and an overall healthier body.
Our goal is to have you feeling stronger, calmer and more energized, knowing you are one step closer to achieving your goals.
We currently offer Pilates on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm and Yoga on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Both Yoga and Pilates are included in the Weekly / Annual Memberships; however you can also purchase a weekly Yoga / Pilates only pass here: YOGA & PILATES WEEKLY PASS.
